Great addition to a school lunch box
"The ones I have are 15+ years old, which should tell you something about durability. I can’t comment on the specific quality of the current version, but I can comment on the overall format and design, which is the same. I’ve read a lot of reviews that praised these for toddler snacks, and I don’t doubt that. But I’ve always used them as part of a modular system for school-aged kids’ lunch boxes, and I recommend them for that as well. I often include one of these small duos along with one or two of the medium LunchBots. The combination works really well together to build a kid’s lunch. The compartments of the small duo are great for, as you could predict, smaller amounts: a handful of nuts or small crackers, olives, berries, a cookie or two. The compartments are smaller without being as teeny-tiny as the little squares in the larger bento boxes (large LunchBots, Planet Box, etc. ), which I find to be too small for a lot of things. This is also a great size/format when you need to include a snack that’s separate from the main lunch, as some of my kids’ schools have required at times."
