Ingredients:
- 3 large ripe but firm avocados
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon flakey sea salt
Instructions:
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the insides, leaving them as whole as possible.
- Mash ONE avocado
- Place the mashed avocado in a bowl, add the onion, tomatoes, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, and cumin. Mix well.
- Add in the avocado chunks and sea salt, and mix well.
