- Close the lid and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Pour out the water just before adding your hot soup.

Ingredients (Serves 2–3 Kids)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- ½ cup carrots, diced small
- ½ cup celery, diced small
- ¼ cup onion, finely diced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked chicken, finely shredded
- ¾ cup egg noodles (small or broken in half)
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper (optional for sensitive eaters)
Instructions
