Ingredients
- Half of 1 can pumpkin
- 1 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of ginger
- Pinch of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbs pure maple syrup (or raw honey)
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except the chocolate
- Add in chocolate chunks
- Bake in your bento at 350 for 45 minutes
