Apple Cinnamon Baked Oats

Start your morning with a wholesome, comforting breakfast—apple cinnamon baked oatmeal, prepared and served right in the LunchBots Mighty Bowl set. This easy recipe combines the warm flavors of cinnamon and apples, making it the perfect way to kick off your day with a nutritious, fall-inspired dish. Ingredients: 

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup diced apple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • Nut butter
  • Hemp seeds

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375° degrees.
  • In the Medium Mighty Bowl, add oats, chopped apple, milk, apple sauce, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, pinch of salt.
  • Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes
  • Remove from the oven, top baked oatmeal with nut butter & hemp seeds, and enjoy!
