Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk , (any milk product can be used)
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbs maple syrup
- 2 tbs butter or coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, (can sub with mashed banana)
- 1.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, (gluten-free as needed)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Dash of salt
- 1 Honeycrisp apple
- Chopped nuts for topping
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well
- Add to your whole bento or into your dividers and bake at 350 for 45 min
