UNITED STATES SHIPPING

All orders over $49 ship for FREE! Orders under $49 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95. LunchBots collects sales tax on orders shipping to California.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to Canada and other select countries.

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on order size and shipping destination.

International customer are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fee that may be applied to the order upon delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

International Orders: Due to worldwide transportation challenges, we are experiencing unprecedented delays in international shipments. At this time, shipments delivered outside the U.S may exceed 30 days for delivery. We apologize for the delays in shipments and will provide updated information as it becomes available.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

LunchBots RETURN POLICY

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase made on LunchBots.com, simply return your order within 30 days of the purchase date and we will happily credit your original form of payment. Returned goods must be in new, unused condition. We will issue a return label once the return request is submitted and approved.

We also offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. (if lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original form of payment)

Please note that a restocking fee of $4 will be applied to all returns.

If you purchased one of our items from a retailer please return to the place of purchase. We do not offer replacements or returns for product not purchased from our website.
If you purchased the your product from Amazon, the return must be initiated through Amazon. Our customer service team will only be able to process returns and exchanges for website orders.
