Spinach Banana Oat Loaf

As St. Patrick's Day approaches, it's time to get creative with your culinary creations. Ditch the artificial dyes and embrace the vibrant green hues of nature with naturally dyed foods. And what better way to celebrate than with a delightful recipe for a Spinach Banana Oat Loaf, perfect for your Build-a-Bento lunchbox!
 
 
Recipe:
  • 1/4 cup Almonds milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.25 oz Spinach
  • 1 large mashed banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1.4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of cinnamon

 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to  350°
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until the consistency is smooth. The batter should be relatively thick. 
  • Fill up your Build-A-Bento compartments and place on a baking sheet. 
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes
  • Let cool completely and enjoy!
